Two days in the pines

Welp, back to pruning the red pines we were working on two weeks ago. My body hurts! It says that I have been working. But its a good burn 
One or two trees isn't that bad, but being thrown into a 30 acre stand is a little overwhelming. My guys have been keeping up ok which is good, and a little surprising. Crew moral is still going well. Trying to mix things up is going to be important when we get stuck on tedious jobs for a while. I'm going to have to get creative, no trouble.
The weather has been awesome. Actually a little warm in the afternoons, my body isn't use to the heat. I think I may have even got a little sun today.
I did see a sight I don't believe I have ever seen before. Two trumpeter swans flew over us today. Cool sight, they honk sort of like Canada geese, but its a lot louder and sounds like a car horn. I believe they are an endangered species, and they nest up here in Minnesota.

Yeah semi state is gonna be difficutl especially because 10 of the 14 players were sick today.
Its not baseball season. Its march madness and its pre-draft season.
Go Boilers! apparently ther're a sleeper team.
but more importantly, well mabye not more but on the same level, the draft will be coming soon. Its good to know ive convinced someone to pay attention, but dont pay too much attention. Because the Bronx have the 12th pick, you probably wont see them for like three hours after the drafts actually started
but who knows, the broncoes could have a whole new qb or a bunch picks by the time it starts. #6 will probably be gone, but at the same time, he proably wont be wearing purple.

btw, didnt the Broncoes have like around the 12th pick last year? I though they were supposed to improve. C'mon!!!!
alos, baseball is boralicious.. and whatdaya think the buy-in for my college fund.opps. i mean the picks should be??

Ah yes, March madness. It is beginning... I think Purdue will be more of a threat this year, but I've got them beating Washington which will be tough considering it will be like a home game for the huskies.
No more than $15.00... I is poor. I think I like it where it was, but it's up to you.
I don't know about cost for the picks, your the boss there...You make the calls during the season, so you make the call in the off season
Who knows about the draft picks? I don't, it is based on record I know that. Denver finished 2nd in the west last year. They did make a few trades at the beginning of the year I think, maybe they traded a higher draft pick?
Your right about the draft taking too long...sheesh I would rather watch water evaporate then sit through that whole thing.
At least in baseball you get a stretch in the 7th inning??? huh? what?
